1st Story [voice]

[Unfortunately, Leliana had arrived during a time without a welcoming committee. Though she saw the flyer, she didn't have the immediate confrontation she needed due to the importance of the event she was taken from. Within the journal, she could only see a few entries and none were telling her that this was a completely different world. It's not like it was something she would come to the conclusion of while waking up in an unknown port town, and the great importance of the event she was taken from caused her to quickly add her own entry to the journal. She could have written it in the magical book, but it wouldn't have really captured the tone of her voice. Its desperation and urgency were very important. She pushed aside her initial uncertainty on the capabilities of the book, and spoke to it.]

So this legend, that poem... is true?

[She sounds almost disbelieving of it, but quickly goes on.]

I've never heard of it before, in any of the places I've been or people I've met. If it is supposed to be our only way back home, and it's been shattered, then I can only say that there's no time to find the pieces! There must be another way. All of Thedas, no, all of the world is in great danger! The blight... it must be stopped, before it grows too large.

[She wasn't sure what the light meant. She hoped that it had meant the end of the archdemon, but it could have been something else. It could have been the distraction needed to capture her and who knew who else, for example. Until she was sure, she had to make sure others knew of the potential danger.]

Everything you know, everything you've lived for will be destroyed. Killed or corrupted beyond recognition. All the beauty in the world, gone.

[She paused for a short moment.]

There is a small chance that the archdemon has been destroyed, but I don't know for sure. I was taken before I could find out.

[Her voice grew a little rougher for that last sentence. Her disproval very clear in her tone.]

But we can't take the risk if it wasn't destroyed!

A week or so. They were rather vague with the specifics on that and the celebration ceremonies were already being prepared by the time I was able to walk on my own again.

[Cuddles didn't refrain himself, going up and leaning into her side for pettings.]

[A break from the seriousness of the situation, she laughed lightly at the mabari's antics and raised a hand to pet Cuddles on the head.]

I'm... very relieved to know that you are alive and well. Though, I don't know how we got here... or why I was out for so long.

We spoke at the celebration and you have sent a couple letters in the time since you left to travel.

The force that brought us here, supposedly a man of some sort called Davey Jones, has the ability to bring people from different worlds into this one. When he does so, it is also a chance of him taking us from different times as each other... even others who played similar roles as ourselves are brought through. There is a woman, Lady Cousland of Highever, who is known to a few others of Thedas as the one that walked my path in my stead. It seems that there are not only more than one world, but more than one of each world. As if a story had been told by the same person in more than one way and each one is as equally true as the others.

[It was actually a lot to take in, but she'd been talking to others while waiting for the Warden to arrive. She already knew of what some of the others suggested, but hearing someone she trusted fully and without a doubt confirmed it.

Though she still hadn't heard about the different times until he mentioned it. Unfortunately, that only created more questions.]

So... there's multiple versions of me? Of all of us? That's just... does it make any sense to you, because it doesn't to me.

It's difficult to accept. Try not to think too hard on it. Just know that what others remember about you may not match up to who you are and what you know you've done.

For what it's worth, I'm glad that you know me. All of the rest know the Lady Cousland to walk my path, not me.

Yes, I definitely remember you. All that you've done, all that you've survived and helped and brought together. It was definitely you. Even though they remember another in your place, it shouldn't discredit anything you've done.

[He responded quickly, and perhaps too defensively despite his attempt to be dismissive.]

Isabela is here, as are two others I have not yet met. I've been invited to join her ship. I think. That was the implication, though it was never outright stated. I'm certain they wouldn't mind another from Thedas.
