[After getting over the initial freaking out at suddenly being dumped in some strange place without warning, wondering what happened, and eventually figuring out where she is and how the journal works and what it's for... Sakura writes in her journal.

This handwriting is a bit sloppy -- only because the writer is obviously in a hurry to get their thoughts out on paper.]

I'm looking for someone that fits this description:

Wears a lot of orange
Should have an open incision on his left side, around his serratus.

If anyone has seen someone like that, please contact me. It's a medical emergency and he needs urgent care.

I didn't get to explore that island too much. They got me to a ship before hand, but there might be a place for medical. If he's hurt, maybe someone took him there.

Sir. I mean Bepo! Just Bepo. I'm sailing with the Straw Hat pirates right now, but I saw your comment, about orange? Wearing orange. I mean to say it was what caught my attention first, but then the medical emergency part came to my attention, so I was concerned. If he's here, I hope your nakama is alright.

If you do find him and he needs medical help, I can try to help. I'm not much of a medic. More of an assistant to the assisting medics? [he scribbles out not even really that. I'm a better navigat--] But I'd be willing to find my way to your location. If needed.

Don't knock yourself down. A medic is a medic and part of being a good one is having a willingness to help others.

[Took a moment to reply, so he didn't just write completely messy in reply.]

I have the willingness! I'm the best at what I do on my crew back home, but my Captain is amazing! He's a surgeon and everything. I've watched him a lot over the years and everyone on the crew knows something. But the group here? They have no doctor and already have a navigator. So I've been trying to study up a bit, to be of help to them.

You're a medic though? That's really fortunate! There aren't too many of them around it seems.
