002 ℱrozen ℱractals ❄ Audio
[The feed starts suddenly as Elsa drops the journal and it falls open, she doesn't notice too busy singing. Even as she moves away from the journal her voice is still loud and clear, reverberating in the wind, other noises slip through the journal as she sets to work, releasing her powers to create a frozen land and an ice palace for her to live in from now on. It won't be as easy as back in her world, but her power is just strong enough to allow for it without her having to search anymore.]
♫Let it go! Let it go...
I can’t hold it back anymore.
Let it go, let it go!
Turn away and slam that door!
I don’t care
what they’re going to say...
Let the storm rage on,
the cold never bothered me anyway.
It’s funny how some distance
makes everything seem small,
and the fears that once controlled me
can’t get to me at all!
It’s time to see what I can do
to test the limits and break through.
No right, no wrong, no rules for me...
I'm free!!!!
Let it go! Let it go!
I am one with the wind and sky!
Let it go! Let it go!
You’ll never see me cry.
Here I stand!
And here I'll stay!!
Let the storm rage on...
[Through her whole little musical number her voice is full with emotion, a mixture of happiness and determination beyond herself. Finally, she seems to have found a place to stay and nothing else matters anymore. Even as she's done singing it still doesn't seem that she remembers the existence of the journal, at least not until someone speaks through it again and she hears it.]

[Belatedly:] Miss.
[Hey. From Smoker this is like. HUGELY COMPLIMENTARY. Shhhhh.]
[He's not really sure why you're singing though.]
[Voice]
Then she notices the journal and sighs in relief. Before she realizes that it's the journal and hurries to it, flustered.]
What?! Oh, it was on?! I'm sorry!! It wasn't my intention to bother you, my Lord.
[Voice]
Not even that in this world.
And it wasn't a bother. At all.

You've got a pretty singing voice. [he recognized the voice, didn't he. It made him smile. Even if he wasn't sure about the song.] You sound... happy, I think

Oh, Bepo! I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that to be caught on the book. But... Thank you, I'm very happy indeed, I've reach my goal.
[She can't help to smile at the end, she's really happy. Happier than she has been since she arrived here.]

Thank you, and yes, that's why. It wasn't a very difficult goal, to be honest, but it's true that I didn't dare to hope to be able to complete it so soon.

Everything okay, Elsa?
[ Weiss is well familiar with the sound of sudden ice crystals bursting up out of the ground, but since Weiss only ever uses her version of ice magic in battle, her immediate assumption is that Elsa might be in some kind of danger. Or was. The song didn't sound like it was particularly dangerific, but Weiss can't help her associations for when she hears ice. Once the issue of safety is out of the way, they can talk about singing. ]

[ If she's really okay then, great. Because they've got something else in common. ] I didn't know that you sang!

[She looks around, the only noises that could have been heard are those of the ice forming, but it's not a sound most people would recognize. Or anyone as far as she knows. She doesn't inquire further, though, trying to latch to the subject change.]
Oh! Well, I don't do it often. But I enjoy it from time to time.

[It's all Robin can think to say, though the words of the song and the emotions hit very close to home for her... And she needed these words of strength at this point in time more than Elsa is likely to ever know.]
A pleasure.

[She can't think of anything that she has done so far to warrant a bad fame... Or any fame at all.]
I'm sorry, who is this?
