The big squiddy thing swallowed a lot of the ceiling, too, and it kind of reminds him of being inside the snake thing only dark and if they get pooped out here, they'll probably drown. It's dark and he can't see much of anything at all. Only hear Sanji beside him and feel him too because of the handcuffs. He's not even sure where his hat is but that's okay because he knew that Sanji kept it safe.

He had something of Sanji's, too. He pulls the journal from the back of his shorts where its still kind of damp but mostly warm from his butt, and figures he should probably let people know what happened]

Yo. We got eaten by a squiddy thingy but we'll be okay. I won't let us get eaten all the way. Is everyone alright?

[Stirs when he hears Luffy's voice. He's kind of been drifting in and out of consciousness for awhile in between wondering how this could possibly be his life—he just let some shitty squid thing eat them, what the hell—and he pushes himself up so that he's sitting and glances over his shoulder at Luffy.]
