Um, if Celes-chan is out there listening.... err, Celestia Ludenberg that is... I talked to my friend, and she convinced me that maybe the two of us setting out on our own isn't the best course of action. We've decided to look around and see what we can't find out, and I was wondering... could you tell me a bit about your crew?

Like I said, it's not a commitment or anything, but I just wanted to see what you guys had to offer...

Um, the same goes for someone by the name of Lady Maribelle... I spoke to your friend Kyouya-kun, and I wanted to know if I could talk to you about what your crew is all about as well. Again, I'm Aida Mana, and I hope this isn't an imposition...

Oh, of course! I know how to make all kinds of things! My specialty is omurice~!

Omurice is good, but I'm curious about one dish in particular. Tell me, how is your gyoza?

Eh... gyoza? Well... I've tried making it before, and it turned out decently. Not spectacular, but decently. Why? Do you really like gyoza?

Yes, actually. Though you wouldn't be able to tell based upon my appearance, I am quite fond of those filthy, smelly sacs of meat.

[Mana chuckled]

Alright, then! I'll make sure you get some gyoza before you set sail then, even if I don't end up joining your crew!

I'd like that. Though do try to make it as delicious as possible, okay? The place in which I was born is well known for its gyoza, and as such I have high expectations.

Don't worry! The Aida family puts their all into a dish, even if it's not their specialty!

Hee hee, such enthusiasm! Why, even I am feeling a bit excited. How strange...

[She trailed off before finally stopping. Right in front of them was the building they were looking for. Celes turned to Aida and smiled brightly.]

This is the place. Just follow me a bit further and we'll be there in no time, okay?

Hehehe... if you ever end up in my world, you should come visit The Pig's Tail! We all get excited about food, there!

[Mana nodded her head vigorously]

Right! Lead on, Celes-chan!

The...Pig's Tail? What an unusual name for a restaurant. Are you well known for your pork dishes?

[Yeah okay going to her room can wait. Clearly this is more important.]

I... think it was chosen because it sounded cute? Piggies have those cute little curly tails... and pigs are known for their love of eating food too!

...I suppose names don't matter much so long as the restaurant can produce exceptional dishes.

[And with that, she dismissively waves the topic away.]

Anyway, let's get going. I find myself getting more and more curious about your abilities as time goes on.

[Not wanting to waste any more time, Celes opens and steps inside, holding it for a few seconds so Aida-san can enter easily.]

[Mana grins as she steps inside. She wastes no time in pulling out Cheryl's Lovely Commune form and her Loveads]

You ready, Cheryl?

Ready, sharuru!

[Mana smiles wider, and places the Loveads on the Commune, calling out...] Precure, Love Link!

[what follows is her drawing out the letters L-O-V-E on the Commune's touchpad. This triggers the rest of the transformation... which results in Mana transforming into a pink costume-clad, blonde magical girl that wastes no time in striking a pose]

Abundant Love! Cure Heart!

Celes blinks one, twice, three times, eyes wide as she just...stares at Aida-san. Giant ghosts were one fucking thing, but magical girls? Jeeze, it even had the transformation scene ~~though it probably had to be toned down due to the budget~~. Man, she almost wishes Yamada-kun were here to see it.]

...well then. That was certainly...convincing.

Mmm, there's more, too!

[Mana took out another Loveads, and placed it on Cheryl] Love Heart Arrow!

[on Mana's command, a cutesy-looking bow and arrow materialized out of thin air, flying into Mana's hands]

This is a weapon I can use when fighting... I have other abilities, but I can't really show them outside of a battle...

Outside of battle.

[And up goes her fist, hovering in front of her lips.]

So that makes you a fighter. Exactly what do you fight?

[Probably monsters or some other such thing.]

... they're called Selfish. They're created when these beings called Jikochuu magnify the selfish feelings in people's hearts. This causes a thing called each person's Psyche to turn black and become a monster.

[...wow. She really IS a magical girl.]

Admittedly I'm a bit skeptical, but it's quite hard to dismiss your words when you have very convincing proof.

Ha ha, I suppose... it doesn't sound ridiculous to me because I deal with it everyday...

But Mana... the first time you saw a Selfish wreaking havoc, you didn't think it was weird at all! You just marched right up to it to tell it to stop, before you even had any powers!

[Mana blinked at Cheryl's words]

... Is that really how it went? ... Ha ha, I guess you're right...

Without any powers, you say? Oh my! You must be quite brave...or quite foolish. Perhaps a little of both?
