☠Fourteenth Reel: This is what happens when you don't listen. [AUDIO]
[Grell, standing at the helm of the boat where the wheel is, stares out at the sea. It takes a few moments before she mentally decides a direction and takes hold of it.]
Hoist the anchor! We're pulling off!
Wait. Why? [Dave chimed in, following the railing from the lower deck to the helm's platform.] Yo. Big Red, what's the story?
[Slowly, Grell looks over her shoulder at him, not pleased that he's questioning her orders.]
Because I said so! Now do as I say!
[Dave frowned--deciding to play the part of the world's slowest detective around. He couldn't tell the difference between an incited Grell and a possessed Grell, so there was scarcely a frame of reference for him.] Hate to sound childish, but I had some plans for this island, dude.
We could make off like bandits and leavin' too soon would kinda screw with that. Isn't that our, y'know, primary agenda?
Then you must despise yourself. [Grell walks over to him, very much irritated by his logic. She makes a grab for his collar with a not-too-pleasant grip.] Listen you interloper, we're leaving. NOW. If you love this island that much, you stay! Otherwise, you do as you're told, or else!
Uh. [Totally blind-sided by that, Dave's jaw hung in the air for a few moments. Usually, Grell was less likely to toss him off the ship. He was getting the impression that this was suddenly a more probable venue. So, he looked at her for a moment and tried to choose better words.]
Maybe we should bring this up with everybody else? I don't exactly want to make you sound like a cheddar-chump, but it sounds like we oughta--
[There is a sudden sound of something hitting the deck hard (spoiler: it's Dave) followed by a large buzzing sound of a chainsaw. Which is quickly followed by the squelching sound of a thick liquid mixing in.]
Grrk-- [In response, Dave could only choke out a few words. He didn't try to push back against Grell, rather he seemed oddly surprised it even happened.] Not on my good suit, dude...
[With an eye roll, Grell gives one last swift kick to his body before walking off, not waiting for the anchor to be hoisted. They just got this ship, damnit. Already there's blood on it.]

Don't think you can treat the bonds of nakama so lightly, yoi! [Duck Grell or get kicked in the face.]
no subject
She is not happy about that.]
HOW DARE YOU ASSAULT A LADY! [Grell brings out her DEATHSCYTHE and closes the gap between them by instantly appearing at his front. Hope he didn't blink, as there is now a load chainsaw coming at him horizontally from the side.]
no subject
Ladies have more class than to assault their own crew.
And here I thought you did too.
no subject
It seems some things never change no matter the location.
/moves on down here!
That's what you get for thinking! [She swings again, wondering where he'll pop up next.]
no subject
I still think you do. Feeling a little pent up Kitten? What is it you really want, eh?
no subject
She'll try to use the time before he lands to flash behind him, bringing down her weapon.]
Nothing YOU could give me!
no subject
Don't tear up your deck, Red.
[He taps it with his hybrid talons and gives her another smirk.] You might need it, eh?
no subject
[She takes out her dagger and hurls it at him before she disappears to his side. He'll have to dodge them both now.]
no subject
[Yeah, this may be a poor time to mention it, but with all the jumping around they are doing. He couldn't help but notice the lack of body on the deck.]
Perhaps he is not as dead as you thought.

That totally hurt, yoi. [Deadpan as the blue flames surge around the dagger until it drops down on the deck.]
[It totally doesn't. He's just a liar.]

[.....]
[Ehhhhh who cares?]
[HAVE ANOTHER KICK GRELL!]
[This time aimed to knock her off her legs, not that it will do much the way she just teleports about willy-nilly.]
wow, getting trolled in my own post! >8(
Just as she was going to swing her weapon at him, Loki's announcement distracts her, because no one could survive such a strike to the chest!]
What--
[Her legs get swept out from beneath her, and Grell landed on the ship's deck with less than the grace she'd like to have.]
no subject
[Enjoy the view of his tail feathers in your face.]
[And that is not a euphemism.]
no subject
Grell grunts, lifting herself up with him atop her and flickers out of sight with him, intent to take him on a journey that's dizzying and disorienting. When they return, they are simply back in the same spot, but their positions have changed with Grell straddling him.]
Time to DIE, little mocking bird~! [Her weapon lifted vertically, intent on impaling him.]
no subject
[But Marco isn't fazed. He just rolls with her and knocks the chainsaw into the deck.]
Tsk tsk tsk. I told you to be careful with your deck. That's gonna be to hard to shine now.
no subject
[Literally out of nowhere, Dave stood between Marco and Grell, holding his glowy legendary sword with the tip pointed at the prior's face and his back to the other. Though, Dave was less on the stupid side than previously hinted--as there was a second Dave standing with another legendary sword pointed at his captain. Then, there were three more Daves on the deck, all three with their swords at the ready, evaluating the situation and watching for outside interference.
Every single Dave was wearing the tatters of the green suit he had died in, but all the blood that had stained it before was gone and a Dave nip-slip was totally a thing at this point.]
Let's just chill for a minute. Sound good?
no subject
Even though you're supposed to be DEAD, I'll have the pleasure of making it permanent! [As if those swords could stop her. Grell merely flickers out of sight, grabs her weapon, then flickers out again. This time, she's at the Nav, resting her hand on it. It's glowing!]
Maybe I'll just go to those little lambs myself! To the Sun, to the Moon, and to glory~!
1/3
And oi, I know she unleashed your multiple torsos or whatever, but that's no reason to call her a fella. She's a lady, eh.
2/3
3/3
Don't move, it'll all be over soon.
[And then a turn to look at the Daves and Loki.] You got sleeping pills or rope or do I need to waste my stolen cuffs? [Because that was his trump card against Ace and he so doesn't want to lose them :<]
no subject
Of course, the rope has a spell on it to give it the strength of chains and to hopefully keep Grell from getting out of them any time soon.]
Here, this should be able to keep her contained for a little while.
[He speaks as he moves over to Marco and Grell to aid in restraining her.]
