Listen up. Prepare to move out. Captain's orders. Anything that needs to get done on shore, wrap up before noon today because that's when we'll be weighing anchor. Moon will take point, Sun will pick up any stragglers, but don't be a straggler. Namur is captaining the Moon but for anything else come to me. If you have problems with this you can remain on shore.

For anyone that remains with the Spade Pirates. The end is unknown. There is likely to be a hard fight or two before the end of it. But we'll get through it so long as we fight together. That is all.

[Thatch looks up at the Fishman's approach and puts an arm around his shoulders, partly for brotherly solidarity and partly so he could pull him in close, keeping his voice low]

We'll set off. Away until we're safe as can be from him and then we'll regroup and try to figure out a way to save him. The Moon's crew is still green so don't take for granted everything is as it should be.

[Lea has been sticking close to the ships since the meeting Marco called, so it's a small matter to hunt down Thatch as soon as he gets the message.]

He has been, I've noticed a bit. [though he's mostly been blindsided by Ace] I'm placing Riku under Namur but I want you to look after Sora. [a pause and then] Think you could take him in a fight?

No way. Do you have any idea how many times he and Roxas have handed my ass to me? I could keep him busy for a while, but...[He shrugs.]

[Of course, the real reason he's never come out on top in those fights was that there was no way he can give his all when facing someone he doesn't want to hurt.

To be honest, I wish we could avoid it, lass. But we're not strong enough to defend ourselves against what Ace could bring. Fight or flee are our only options.

[Natsuno could assume that Marco has shared what he told him with Thatch, but he'd better make sure. Personal feelings aside, it's important. He approaches with his journal open to the page where he swapped information with Chandra and he taps it.]

I've spoken to Marco, but did you see this? About the witch on Isla Empieza?

[He picks up the journal and reads. Well that was interesting. Didn't tell him much except that this was a powerful woman they were up against who may have a shard.]

This is good work, Natsuno. [he closes the journal and hands it back] You do this sort of thing often?

Not really, but with everyone behaving strangely, and I didn't find anything to cause a source of infection on the ships, it must be coming from somewhere, and it might appear that this may be the source. Unfortunately it doesn't help us locate this witch. Because of Ace and Sora I was keeping an eye out for information. It was fortunate that Chandra was able to tell me more.
