All Spades, Straw Hats, and those invited, we need a full crew meeting immediately, off the ships.
To all other crews, my name is Marco. Do not touch a certain fireball named Ace. If you can avoid him, please do, but consider him extremely temperamental and volatile. That is not a challenge, it's a warning. He's not in his usual state of mind, and if confronted, he will try to kill you. And if you lay a hand on my baby brother, I'll kill you. So just leave him alone, and if you need help dealing with him, contact me here.
Are any other crew's members acting out of sorts?

Either way, I'm starting to wonder if I wanted to sail right into danger's face, I went the wrong way.
'Cause if you wanna look around, take a look at those girls from the Shepherd.
They're losing it.
Ace is clearly going.
Dog said that bitch could get in our heads, right?

It's... possible. [SIGH.] I don't usually pay her much attention because Ace does. [Headfist, headfist, headfist.]
Although frankly going rabid from hanging out around a marine wouldn't surprise me so that is not saying much, yoi.

That guy they have on their's an asshole, yeah, but it's too much of a coincidence with all this happening at once. What Dog told us. The earthquake. The petals. That stupid laughing.
Plus, those girls helped protect my ship when we all hit the Navy. Their new captain practically wanted to throw a beach party, for crying out loud.
Something's way off, there.
I don't trust a lot of people here, but this is adding up to one big pain in all our asses.

[But not really.]
Perhaps.
[He drums his fingers.] I'll rule out the possibility of it being something on the ships first. But if it is something larger like that... [Then what?]
[Then he has no idea what to do.]

Look. We're going to be near the area this crap seems to have started from soon, I think.
Don't know what we can do when we GET there, but... that's one thing.
Another is to isolate the crazy people as best as possible.

We've only got so far any of us can run here. If they turn violent, something has to be done to deal with them.
Best question then is, really, do you have anyone that can take on Ace?
[private]
Namur could hold his own, but it'd get heavy and cause a lot of surrounding damage. Ace is my little brother, my responsibility, I can handle him. But first I have to attend to his crew or he'll never forgive me.
[private]
Good.
If you can do that, and you can fulfill what he'd want normally, then do it.
If you've got the confidence in it, in the meantime, even better.
Still, you need anything, there's still a lot of people out there. We all might be spread out, and I know some of us can't stand each other, but it's not gonna do anyone any good if someone loses it completely and starts taking people out.

[WHO IS THIS GUY!?]
[He's like Shanks.]
[On the one hand, Marco feels two kinds of confidence, his usual swagger of, "FUCK OFF I ALREADY KNOW THAT! Who are you you punk kid? I've been doing this and looking after my family for decades longer than you've been alive!" And on the other hand, the rest of him already realizes that such a feeling is helpful.... and worse, exactly the kind of thing SHANKS does all the time! THAT BASTARD.]
You don't have red hair do you?
[And the award for worst non sequitur goes to....]
[private]
Got a red coat.
And I'm Gokai Red.
That close enough?
[private]
[Ah. To bite his tongue and say Thank you, or to be a snarky childish bratty brat brat brat.]
[Adult.... or brat.]
[Aduuuuuult with responsibilities as a captain.... or a brat. The childish kind of brat who will never ever let go of ancient as fuck inapplicable resentments -- oooor he could grow up and be a responsible rational human being adult and just say thank you.]
[Porque no los dos?!]
Thank you, but don't make the mistake of thinking I don't how to handle my crew or that I need some sort of pep talk. I'm fortunate enough to have four of my brothers here, and aye, that might leave fifteen hundred and ninety six missing, but they're four of my favorites.
Check on your own crew!
Damn cheeky red-wearing punk bastard captains...
[You're not his kismesis!]
[private]
Figured it best to try and cut off inconvenient pains in the ass early. And as they come, everyone losing their mind is pretty damned inconvenient.
[Dude, that is a lot of brothers.]
I've got an eye on my crew. None of them so far have gotten on the journals ready to break people in half, though.
[private]
[Okay, he can handle this.]
We still need to lock down correlations.
Did any of your crew touch the black petals or the wind?
[private]
You think it could be something transferred from them?
[That's not IMPOSSIBLE. In fact, in his world it seems pretty damned likely.]
Still, there was a whole lot of 'em. If that was the case I'd think more people would be coming outta the wood work.
[private]
[private]
Literally.
She can communicate through the books.
That might have something to do with it, too.
[private]
[private]
But there were too many petals for only the affected now to have touched 'em, too.
