Birthday List v2.0! [Voice/Text]

Hey, everybody, it's me, Hajime! I didn't do a birthday post last month because everybody was so busy with their visit to Isla Empieza. We were on Phantasia, so sorry we missed you all! We'll all need to get together again some other time.

Anyway, now that it's a new year, it's time for a new BIRTHDAY LIST! Lots of people on the old list went home, so it's super short now. Let's all work together to make it big again!

[She then copies down the names of people from old list that she knows haven't left (in actual chronological order this time!)]

Well, it's for you, so I gave it an angry face and a gold medal! And then I made it all sorts of colors because it would be boring if it was just white. I figure if I can turn it into a mascot, I'll have to experiment with color combinations a bit.

[Somebody explain why it being for him means it needs an angry face. No, really, he doesn't understand it - but the medal is appreciated. Sorta.]

If you want colors, just pick a colorful animal.

[... Why does that come out like he actually wants a mascot?!]

[It has an angry face because Rin has an angry face, duh.]

But most animals aren't colorful the way I want to color them, so I'll just color all the animals however I want! I like yeti crabs, though, since they're crabs, but fluffy! That's the perfect kind of animal for a mascot, especially if you can eat them. I wonder if you can eat them.

[Voice]

Try one and find out.

[Either she shuts up for a minute while eating, or she dies of crab poisoning and shuts up a lot longer. It's win-win.]

I'd have to catch one! Do you know how to catch a crab, Rin? Yeti crabs live near South America-ish, so maybe we'd have to sail south again to find some here...

This world doesn't have an America.

And you couldn't catch a single crab in Crab-catching Hell.

It has a south, though, and I bet I can totally catch crabs there! Once I figure out how you catch crabs! I don't think you use fishing poles because they can just go SNIP! SNAP! and snap the line. Do you use a pot? You catch eels in a pot, right?

Depends on the kind of crab. [He sounds more bored and long-suffering than he has any right to.] Nets are usually fine.

Nets! I should go get nets before we leave! I'll see what I can scrounge up to trade for them. Maybe the captain might give me some money...
