I thought I was over and done with pirates for decades to come. I had enough of their pitiful trifles over gold and politics. As if Gangplank and Fortune aren't enough of a trouble as it is. [The pirate and the pirate hunter. She doesn't know how she got dragged into their political squabble. She supposes it was Swain's fault in the end- he did have his eye on Miss Fortune for a long time.]

I still can't wash clothes from Bilgewater's stench. While I don't like to ask for help, it would be good to hear from someone how to leave. Noxus is of bigger importance to me than this... shipyard. Then again- I can always 'extract' information if they keep silent. No one said I have to be -nice-.

I did and I have severe doubts about trustworthiness of that poem. [Because it is out in the open where everyone can see it. It's a call for bloodshed if any of it is true. And- it's a poem. She doesn't take scripts back in Noxus' library serious sometimes.]

The stone shards are real enough and it's the only way we have to go back. And as far as I know, it's just you and me from the League.

It says that "whatever you wish". Doesn't that sound a bit far fetched? A jewel that grants any wish? [And if they were to ask for whatever they want, why would they ask to go back when they could do... crazy stuff here? There are other, smarter ways to use that wish.]

I'll agree that it can sound too good to be true, but what else are supposed to rely on? Nobody else knows of any way to just leave this world.

There are different ways to check if the truth about gem is real. Running around blindly is waste of time. [She sighs-] Look at it like this- if the gem is in Freljord but you got stuck in Bandle City because of the 'rumor' it would be bad, wouldn't it? [Just an example. League is bunch of manipulators. [In both literal and figurative sense. And since things are different here, Katarina's smart enough not to go make enemies with someone who can heal her if needed.]
