Good evening.
[ Hook is out at sea right now, and though he is close to landing at the Frosty Hearts Festival, he begins to speak.
Unlike....certain members of his crew, the captain has managed to figure out how the journal works. Perhaps it is simply hours of dictating Smee to write that helps him with the transition, but he takes to it naturally regardless. ]
This is Captain Hook. Though, I presume that some of you might know me by me previous alias, 'Black Stache'.
[ God, its been so long since he has used that name to describe himself. He uses it in hopes that somebody will recognize the moniker, even though its been quite some time since he has used it.
A scurvy brat cutting off your hand inspires a great number of changes in people, after all. ]
I am making the assumption that quite a number of you will be in attendance at the Frosty Hearts Festival, no matter how tacky the event might sound. As a relative newcomer to these waters, I implore all of you to greet me should you find me there.
Do try to live up to the honor of meeting me.
