I think that when my fiancée acquired our ship someone commented that Isla Empieza was the best place to ensure a safe deal when buying a ship! Of course that doesn't mean there can't be other ports willing to get into those business with us, but given the circumstances and our positions I think Isla Empiza is the safest bet after all.
