I can't say and I wouldn't either way. An honest Meep doesn't cheat if he can help it. Besides which, there will be some strong competition this year and she may very well bet on an outworlder, if you choose to come. If not, well it's anyone's game. It's quite an exciting race and sometimes I think she bets just for the entertainment of it rather than the outcome.
