I am not scared to ask anyone out on a date. Period. Not anyone. No ifs, ands, or buts.

I am not scared for my pride's sake, ever. And my reputation has always been, just fine.

I'm not scared to like what I like, whether it's flower crowns, or kicking marines' faces in. I don't have to pretend to be someone I'm not, because I'm not an idiot peacock posturing poser. I don't have to care how other people do things, or what is normal, because that's the best damn part of being a pirate. I'll do what I want, thank you very much.

I don't want to be like anyone else, because they are not me. They don't want the same things as me, and if they do, then they're idiots who are going about it all wrong.

I could be someone who has a girl in every port, but I would have to hate myself to do so. And I'm just not that weak and pathetic. I have more respect for myself than that, thanks to my Pops, who incidentally, did prefer to have multiple girls looking after him at once. People differ on that, and phoenixes probably differ extremely.
