Oh, hey, the Navy are after us again. I was wondering when they'd pop up. I guess there's nothing we can do to inform 'em we saved their butts from the witch, huh?

Anyway, maybe I can actually get a decent bounty on my head this time. I kind of miss not having a price on my head.

They are ungrateful. They still fear us and see us as a threat. It is typical of human nature.

It ain't just humans, you know. We had a bunch of aliens gunning for our heads who acted the exact same way.

Cut 'em some slack. They've got their own agendas, just like we do. I'm sure they're holdin' off on bounties just to piss us off.

There was the Celestial Spirit world, there was hell, there was... but those were all different dimensions, not exactly other planets. Frankly, he'd never considered the possibility. ]

[He has a hard time imagining it. As much as he doesn't really care for his own bounty, he can't say he misses the times where he wouldn't be able to step into a city without being jumped at by a legion of vigilantes and bounty hunters.]

I don't know it was nice not having the target on my back I had at home. Makes shore leave less stressful. [Not being a walking potential interstellar incident was refreshing.

There are those on this ship who apparently prefer not to be a target. [Despite his best efforts, he can't manage to sound impressed by the notion of not making themselves notorious enough to get the navy to come after them instead of the other way around.]

Yeah, why not? It reminded me I was doing a good job being a thorn in their side. Besides, the Zangyack were making life hell for me and my friends already; had been since I was a kid.

I lived with the assumption that was a fact of life. I assumed the case was the same once I heard about the Navy here. All the bounty does is remind me I've done a pretty good job of living so far.

We're targets anyway, Sasuke. Especially after we helped doing what we did. That ain't gonna change.
